Description

There are several commission sheets out there, but none really worked for me, so here is my version. c: I personally want to see more than just one example of the work, that's why I doubled it. It can be completely edited so it works for you.

UPDATE: This commission sheet is still being downloaded & used frequently, but it's outdated and I know I can do better, so I am changing the files and making it, hopefully, much easier to use! The old files are part of the ZIP archive, too, in case you want to use those instead.

Works at least from Photoshop CS3+.
There is also a simple blank PNG file in case you don't have Photoshop.
Default font: Calibri (so it should work for most people; you can change the font, of course!).
What can be edited:

All text
Background colour, texture, stripes
Border color around image examples (but it can also be switched off completely)
Hiding/showing any of the elements
